Godrej Bannerghatta is a significant project at Bannerghatta Road by the Prestigious legacy group Godrej Properties. The specification list of the project is yet to be known as its an upcoming project. However, let's see the standard specification of the Godrej Properties.

Flooring

The apartment interiors will have different statements as the requirements are additional for interior and exteriors.

The standard configuration of the flooring is as follows.

Our Entrance Foyer, living and dining look gorgeous with imported Marble. Main Bedroom comes with a laminated wood floor. We will have other bedrooms and a kitchen with vitrified tiles.

The balcony, toilets and utility area will have vitrified/ ceramic tiles. The ground floor lobby is imported Marble, and other floors will have vitrified tiles.

Walls/Ceiling:

All our unit interior walls come with Acrylic Emulsion Paint. The lobby areas of all floors will have the same Acrylic Emulsion Paint.

The apartment interior ceiling will have Acrylic Emulsion Paint and Toilets roof with a False Ceiling.

Kitchen and Utility:

In the Godrej premises, safety is the first concern. Hence the developer provides the safest reticulated gas piping system for our utmost safety.

Electrical points and water points are present in the modular kitchen.

Toilets:

We will have a Wash Basin with a Granite Counter. The fixtures and fittings will be of Jaguar or its equivalent.

Sanitary ware shall be of Jaguar or an equivalent one. There is an exhaust fan provision in all the toilets.

Backup Generator:

There is a 100% DG Backup power for common areas and 3 BHK with 3.5KW power and 4 and 5 BHK with 3.5KW.

Common Amenities

We have an intercom connection between apartments and the security room to communicate with our fellow mates and the security personnel.

The rainwater harvesting system will be present in the Godrej Bannerghatta project.

A large Children's play area will be present in the project where our kids can grow playing in a healthy and safer environment.

Elevators

There will be 2 Automatic passenger lifts and one service lift on the premises.
